Keto (not Carnivore):

Cacao & Orange Protein Balls

Ingredients needed:

– 1/4 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup almond butter
– 2 tablespoons cacao powder
– 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
– 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
– 2 scoops Prime Protein Chocolate or Vanilla
– Pinch of salt
– Juice and zest of 1 orange

Directions:

1.
 Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix well until fully incorporated. Roll into 1 inch balls and enjoy!

2. Store in the fridge for up to a week

Brownie batter Cheesecake 

Ingredients Needed:

– 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1/2 c coconut flour
– 1/2 c Chocolate Prime Protein
– 1 c dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Add cottage cheese and vanilla to blender and blend until smooth. This is important. Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. If using plant based protein, you’ll need to add some milk bc vegan pro is always chalky.
