The first thing to consider is drinking and topically applying structured water. It should make anything else you do more effective and may turn out to be the only thing you need.

Find a good chiropractor! Don’t have your bones fused or your shoulder joints reamed! No long-term pain meds!
As for the following, I’m really just putting it here in case I ever want to pursue it. Presently my back pain all but gone. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor, followed good nutritional practices, am drinking Kangen water, and used radiant penetrating therapies such as sonic pulse and FAR infrared with excellent results.
